1. 产品目的
Afield 是个人时间记录与觉察工具，不是医疗设备，不提供诊断、心理治疗、急救、考勤证明、法律或财务建议。你仍需为基于记录与观察作出的决定负责。
2. 许可与使用资格
在遵守本条款及 Apple 使用规则的前提下，我们授予你在受支持 Apple 设备上使用 Afield 的有限、个人、不可转让、可撤销许可。你须具备在所在地接受本条款的法律能力；当地法律要求监护人许可时，仅可在取得许可后使用。
3. 你的内容与隐私
你保留对自己创建内容的权利。当前版本把时间线保存在设备本地且无需账号。你应确保录入他人相关信息具有合法依据，并妥善保护导出到 Afield 之外的副本。
4. 系统数据与准确性
当前版本不请求访问、不读取、也不写入 Apple 健康。屏幕时间、日历、天气、位置、运动、音乐、小组件及其他可用系统功能依赖设备设置、Apple 框架、权限、网络、硬件和地区，可能延迟、不完整、不可用或被 Apple 调整。
屏幕时间汇总不是精确前台会话。Afield 不保证导入或推断的情境完整，也不会把缺失数据变成已经验证的生活事实。
5. Afield Plus 与 App Store 购买
- 价格、周期、税费、试用、可用性和退款规则以 App Store 显示为准，并可能因地区不同。
- 年订阅可能自动续订；请在当前周期结束前通过 Apple 订阅设置取消。
- 终身购买是针对购买时所示版本与产品范围的一次性非消耗型购买。
- 恢复购买使用原交易对应的 Apple 账户；支付与退款由 Apple 处理。
- 本地导出、删除等免费数据控制功能不以 Plus 购买为条件。
6. 合理使用
不得使用 Afield 违法或侵犯他人隐私、绕过系统权限、传播恶意软件、在法律不允许时逆向工程、干扰应用或服务，或利用敏感信息监控、歧视、伤害他人。
7. 可用性、备份与变更
Afield 按“可用状态”提供。我们可在合理必要且符合法律的情况下更新、修改、暂停或终止功能。重要记录应由你安全导出并备份；我们不承诺 Apple API、设备同步或第三方目标永久可用。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Afield 不提供本条款未明确写明的保证，且开发者不对因使用或无法使用应用造成的间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损失负责。本条不排除或限制依法不得排除或限制的消费者权利与责任。
9. 终止
你可以随时停止使用并删除本地数据。严重违反本条款时，我们可依法终止许可。删除应用或停止使用不会自动取消 App Store 订阅。
10. 适用法律与争议
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则），且不影响你所在地强制适用的消费者保护。争议应先通过支持邮箱友好协商；无法解决时，由适用法律规定的有管辖权法院处理。

1. Product purpose
Afield is a personal time-recording and awareness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, attendance certification, legal advice, or financial advice.
2. License and eligibility
Subject to these Terms and Apple's usage rules, we grant a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Afield on supported Apple devices. Where local law requires guardian permission, you may use Afield only with that permission.
3. Your content and privacy
You retain rights in content you create. The current version stores the timeline locally and does not require an account. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter information about other people and for protecting exports.
4. System data and accuracy
The current version does not request access to, read from, or write to Apple Health. Screen Time, Calendar, Weather, location, motion, music, widgets, and other available system features depend on device settings, Apple frameworks, connectivity, hardware, region, and permissions. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by Apple.
Screen Time aggregate reports are not exact foreground-session records. Afield does not guarantee that imported or inferred context is complete, and it does not convert missing data into a verified life fact.
5. Afield Plus
Prices, billing periods, taxes, trials, availability, and refunds are shown by the App Store. Annual subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. A lifetime purchase is a one-time non-consumable purchase for the scope shown at purchase. Apple processes payments and refunds. Free export and deletion are not conditioned on Plus.
6–9. Use, availability, liability, and termination
You may not violate law or privacy, bypass permissions, distribute malware, interfere with the app, or misuse sensitive information. Afield is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided without unstated warranties and the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Non-excludable rights remain unaffected. Ending use does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Disputes should first be raised through support and otherwise handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
